Dear J & J Plumbing and Drain, Inc.,

This is a praise letter for Scott C, who works out of your Medina office. We were the folks who had their main gas line drop 3 feet (having been secured by the previous owner with the plumbing equivalent of dental floss) and had leaking gas and damage to the regulator valve—which stood ½ a mile off, in a neighbors field! We were in deep doo-doo. Scott C and John S showed up and got answers out of them that we didn’t have the knowledge to ask. They went home around 9:00 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving and came back the following Friday. The house was frigid; we sat around with coats and mittens on. Scott C and his helper worked like dogs all day and Saturday too laying out a new line, fittings, everything. When the job was done, they spoke with the Columbia Gas inspector. Everyone from J & J went the extra mile, but especially Scott C. You should be glad to have in your employ. Thanks for handling a difficult job so well.
